A collection of vegetables.
Some people are not a big fan of celery, while others love the stuff. No matter which end of the spectrum you fall on, you need to try and eat as much celery as you possibly can.

It is great for your body, and amazing for your teeth. It should be a food you have around you all the time, and it should be one of the superfoods that you eat on a regular basis just to get healthy.

The Benefits of Eating Celery

Celery is a combination of basically fiber and water. That's really it. Two things that your body needs a lot of, are both in one handy stick. The more celery you eat, the healthier you are going to be.

The fiber from celery is great for your teeth and for your digestive track. It scrapes its way down your esophagus, through your stomach, and all the way through your intestines. It takes anything that shouldn't be in your body, and pushes it out, all while hydrating you.

The more you chew up celery, the healthier your mouth is, too. Think of celery like a toothbrush. All of the little fibers of the ribs of celery scrape at your teeth as you are chewing. The more you chew, the more is getting scraped off of your teeth. This wonder-food is something that can give you a thorough cleaning at the end of each meal.
